I am currently in-network with Anthem Blue Cross.
If I am not in-network with your insurance plan and you have out-of-network benefits with a PPO plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed.
If you plan to use OON benefits:
I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that submitting a superbill requires sharing a mental health diagnosis with your insurance company.
Tip: If you'd like to verify your benefits directly with your insurance company, consider asking:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits for psychotherapy sessions? If so, what percentage is reimbursed?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
Are there limits on the number of therapy sessions covered per year?
How do I submit a superbill for potential reimbursement?
