Living with a chronic illness or cancer can affect far more than physical health. It can impact your emotional well-being, identity, and how you move through daily life.

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed by medical appointments, ongoing symptoms, or uncertainty about the future?

  • Do you notice anxiety about your health, grief over changes in your body or independence, or exhaustion from managing your condition day to day?

Chronic illness often brings emotional strain alongside physical symptoms, including anxiety, grief, frustration, and disconnection from your life before diagnosis or symptom onset.

Therapy can help you process these experiences, adjust emotionally, and create more stability and support in your daily life. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals living with chronic illness and medical conditions. You can learn more on my About page.

If you’re struggling with the emotional impact of chronic illness or cancer, I invite you to schedule your first appointment below, or contact me at 714-683-0677.
