Anxiety Therapy in Orange County, California
Anxiety can show up in many ways.
Are you constantly overthinking or stuck in “what if” thoughts you can’t turn off?
Do you notice it in your body too—racing heart, tight chest, or trouble relaxing even when nothing is wrong?
Does your mind feel like it won’t slow down, even when you’re exhausted?
Anxiety is often the brain’s attempt to protect you, but sometimes that system becomes overactive and exhausting.
Anxiety can affect your sleep, focus, relationships, and daily life. Therapy can help you understand your anxiety and learn ways to respond to it more effectively.
If you’re struggling with ongoing anxiety or chronic worry, I invite you to schedule your first appointment below, or contact me at 714-683-0677.
