When you're ready:
Schedule a free 15-minute call directly through my online scheduling portal.

If you schedule an initial therapy intake session, you’ll receive access to a secure client portal where you can:
Review and sign practice policies
Complete and sign consent forms
Fill out intake questionnaires
All intake forms are completed through the client portal before your first session.

Your first session is an initial assessment where we will:
Review your relevant history
Discuss current stressors
Start process of clarifying therapy goals and establishing a treatment plan
Create a safe, supportive space to get to know each other
Sessions are held either in Brea, CA (in-person sessions available on Mondays) or via telehealth in California.
