Burnout can show up in many ways.

  • Do you feel persistently drained, even after resting? Are you going through the motions at work while feeling emotionally disconnected or overwhelmed?

  • Do you notice it in your body too—fatigue that doesn’t go away, irritability, headaches, or feeling “on edge” even when you’re not at work?

  • Does everything feel like too much, even when you’re still managing to keep up?

Burnout often develops when ongoing stress and responsibilities accumulate over time.
