You’re responsible, reliable, and used to managing everything on your own. On the outside, things may look fine, but internally you feel overwhelmed, depleted, and like you’re running on empty. I help high-achieving adults reduce anxiety, recover from burnout, and find a more sustainable way forward.

Whether you’re navigating career stress, a major life transition, chronic illness, or caregiving for a loved one, therapy can help you create meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to start therapy. Early sessions focus on understanding what’s been weighing on you and building a strong therapeutic relationship, so you feel heard, supported, and understood.

With a background in medical social work, I bring specialized experience supporting individuals navigating health-related stress and caregiving. I also understand the emotional demands of high-pressure careers through my experience as a frontline healthcare worker.

What People Are Saying

I have had the privilege of working with Jaclyn for many years in the inpatient hospital setting, and she consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication. As a palliative social worker, she provided exceptional care, and I always felt confident that our patients were in capable and compassionate hands.

Jaclyn is a strong advocate for her patients and approaches even the most challenging and sensitive conversations with grace, empathy, and skill. Her ability to support both patients and their families during difficult times truly sets her apart.
I have no doubt that choosing Jaclyn as a therapist would be a meaningful and life-changing decision.
