Anxiety & Burnout Therapy in Orange County, California
You’re responsible, reliable, and used to managing everything on your own. On the outside, things may look fine, but internally you feel overwhelmed, depleted, and like you’re running on empty. Whether you’re navigating career stress, a major life transition, chronic illness, or caregiving for a loved one, therapy can help you create meaningful, lasting change.
You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to start therapy. Early sessions focus on understanding what’s been weighing on you and building a strong therapeutic relationship, so you feel heard, supported, and understood.
With a background in medical social work, I bring specialized experience supporting individuals navigating health-related stress and caregiving. I also understand the emotional demands of high-pressure careers through my experience as a frontline healthcare worker.
