Online Therapy for Anxiety and Burnout in High-Achieving Adults

Online individual therapy in Orange County and throughout California.

You’re responsible, reliable, and used to managing everything on your own, but internally, you feel overwhelmed, depleted, and like you’re running on empty.

I help high-achieving adults reduce anxiety, manage burnout, and quiet the inner critic that keeps you stuck in cycles of perfectionism and people-pleasing.

Life looks “fine” on the outside, meanwhile you’re feeling exhausted on the inside.

You’re used to pushing through stress, showing up for others, and minimizing your own needs, until burnout and anxiety creep up and become impossible to ignore. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and work on making lasting change.

Hi, I’m Jaclyn

I’m so glad you landed here. I work with high-achieving adults (18+) across California who are used to being the strong one, whether in their demanding careers, within their families, or in roles such as caregiving. They often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, depression, or the constant pressure to hold it all together.

My background as a healthcare social worker has given me unique insight into the emotional weight carried by working professionals, patients, and caregivers.

Therapy with me is a place where you can show up honestly, learn practical coping strategies, gain insight into patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your sense of self.
